Health & Fitness Expo

The Health and Fitness Expo will be held on Saturday, May 2nd, from 11am -8:30pm inside the Frederick Fairgrounds Building #9.  This is the Fairgrounds main expo hall and has recently been renovated. Plan on spending some time going through our great Expo. Local and nationally known vendors will be on-hand selling products, giving out goodies, and offering special services. Be sure to visit the booths of our Sponsors, who help make this weekend possible, and our Frederick Running Festival Merchandise booth featuring exclusive apparel and souvenirs.

Packet Pick-Up

All runners should come to the Expo to pick up their race packets, premiums, and goody bags.  If you cannot pick up your packet during the scheduled expo hours, you may authorize someone else to do it for you.  To give your authorization, simply write:  "I give (name) permission to pick up my race materials."  Please print and sign your name on this document.
